MEN MINISTRY

 

Hope Ministry challenges men from all walks of life to reach their full potential in Jesus Christ. Whether it be through a men’s breakfast, prayer group, or just a few brothers talking over a good cup of coffee, Hope Ministry is dedicated to instilling within men the qualities that transform them into the Godly men needed today in the home, community, church and wherever the call of God may take them around the world.

Hope Ministry is committed to equipping and training men from all walks of life, from all over the world to respond to the call of God and fulfill their part in the vision of Hope Ministry. In Hope Ministry you will find not just friendship, but friendship with a purpose.

In Hope Ministry, fellowship amongst brothers plays a vital part of the ministry. Whether it is through camping, fishing or golfing men are experiencing true fellowship and encouragement in Christ. Fun and laughter accompany our vision to reach people for Christ.

It could be at a local church event, a regional church gathering or at an international convention, the men of Hope Ministry are being challenged to go from the ordinary to the extraordinary. To become like Christ is the goal for the men of Hope Ministry.

At Hope Ministry church functions men gather together for a time of prayer, worship and a special time in the word of God from their Pastor’s and leaders. It is a time when unity in Christ, camaraderie and a sense of purpose is established and reinforced among the men of Hope Ministry.

Our annual convention called Mighty Men of Valor, a time when men gather to receive a fresh impartation of God. Timely messages from our founder, Pastor Horace Randall Sr., the Elders and leadership of the ministry help men find direction concerning their walk with the Lord and their role in Hope Ministry. Men are equipped to fulfill their part in the vision in the church, to reach their community. But men are also challenged to rise up to fulfill the global vision of Hope Ministry, to proclaim the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.

Hope Ministry is making a difference in the lives of men of all Walks of Life. Men are rising to new levels of faith, as they become the men God has called them to be, come and join us!

WOMEN MINISTRY

 

Hope Women In Ministry is called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.

This call involves a commitment to train, develop, inspire and instill within women the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging and destiny.

Purpose

• Foster spiritual growth and renewal among women.

• Affirm that women are of inestimable worth by virtue of their creation and redemption, and to equip them for service in the church.

• Minister to the broad spectrum of women's needs across the life span being sensitive to multi-cultural and multiethnic perspectives.

• Liaise and cooperate with other specialized departments of the church to facilitate the ministry to women and of women.

• Build goodwill among women in the church that encourages bonds of friendship, mutual support, and the creative exchange of ideas and information.

• Mentor and encourage Hope Ministry women, creating paths for their involvement in the church as they reach for their potential in Christ.

• Find ways and means to challenge each Hope Ministry woman to use her gifts to compliment the talents of others as they work side by side to further the global mission of "United We Can" and Hope Ministry.

To accomplish the goals set before them, Hope Women In Ministry sponsors many activities such as: Leadership training and discipleship, conventions, conferences, and retreats.

Hope Women in Ministry's standard for leadership is excellence.  The women's ministry leader Minister Veldo Randall ,in the local Hope Ministry church is expected to develop specific ministries, nurture women, and equip them for service to God and the church. She serves to provide encouraging ideas and plans which maximize women's contributions to the mission of the Hope Ministry. She is a woman with a sensitive and caring nature who has a burden for women's ministry. She has an ability to encourage other women to cultivate their spiritual gifts and is able to work well with the women in the church, the pastor,and Hope Women In Ministry Steering Committee.

The Hope Women In Ministry Steering Committee is composed of pastor's wives who are interested in the broad spectrum of women's needs and services. The team is balanced with the members being persons with varied talents and experience. The major responsibilities of the Hope Women In Ministry Steering Committee are:

• To assess the needs of women in the church and community.

• To brainstorm and develop strategies and activities that minister to women.

• To plan and implement these and other initiatives that relate to women's specific and varied needs.

• To facilitate church participation in annual events, programs and activities, such as the leadership conferences and United We Can mission support, and encourage them in service.

Hope Women In Ministry is committed to encouraging, challenging, equipping, and nurturing women as they do their part in carrying the Gospel message to the world.

YOUTH MINISTRY

 

AT Hope Ministry, we have dedicated much of our ministry to developing the personal lives of young people. We have innovative strategies to reach teens in today’s environments.

While parents of every generation have experienced angst over their young, the peril threatening today’s teens is unparalleled in history. Hope Ministry has risen to this challenge with an unprecedented strategy: God’s Anointed Now Generation. Reaching a wide spectrum of young people, from urban youth to church kids, these youths are unified in vision.

The youth of Hope Ministry are highly committed to evangelism, bible study, and prayer. The zeal of these youths attracts other youths and motivates even the most seasoned church member.

Mission Trips
We hope the  evangelist crusade will produced several commitments to Christ. Furthermore, we At Hope Ministry hope the crusade will bring more young people to Christ.

Conventions and Conferences
The raw energy of Hope Ministry Youth Conventions keeps the most casual observer on the edge of their chair. Multimedia presentations, thumping music, and cutting-edge speakers highlight these unique events will many teens closer to christ.

Passion for Purity
Purity pledges are an important component of the youths ministries. Teens make a commitment to remain sexually pure. Surprisingly, even youth who have been sexually active in the past, readily renew their position to abstain until marriage. A purity ring and certificate are provided as a memoriam.

Leadership Development
The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. To groom youths for the responsibilities that lay ahead, leadership development is central to Hope Ministry. The name “God’s Anointed Now Generation” exemplifies this by challenging teens to develop their leadership potential now. Youths develop a sense of urgency to prepare for the future by making positive steps today . Hope Ministry highly values the potential of young people and invests considerable time and resources to ensure the quality and effectiveness of this ministry. To quote a jingle from the youth ministry, “We are not the X, we’re not the Next, we’re not the New, we are the Now Generation!”
